These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses this site. By clicking on the words “I agree” or continuing to access this site, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. You should read these Terms carefully, and we recommend that you print a copy for your own records. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use this site.

The Psychics Connect Sites are best viewed using the Internet browsers IE5 or Netscape 6 (or later versions). Any older browser versions may work but users could have limited browsing experience.

Your request is an offer to purchase Services which we can accept or refuse at our discretion. No legally binding agreement will exist between you and Psychics Connect until we accept your offer by sending an email to the email address you provided in the registration process.

The Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong law will apply to the Contract and the Hong Kong courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Psychics Connect will try to process your request promptly but does not guarantee that the Paid For Services will be available to you by any special time.

This site is strictly for use by people aged 18 and over. If you are aged below 18 you may not access or use the site and you must exit the site immediately.

You agree to provide such information about yourself as prompted by the site’s registration form and ensure that any information you provide to us about yourself is at all times true, current, accurate and complete. If it is not or we reasonably suspect it is not true, current, accurate and complete then we shall be entitled to terminate the Contract or suspend the Services until such time as we determine.

All prices are correct at the time of display online. Psychics Connect will charge you in Hong Kong Dollars, British Pounds Sterling, Euro Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, United States Dollars or Canadian Dollars, depending on your country of residence or your preferred currency. The price will be confirmed at the time you request us to provide any of the Services. Price information (including information about special offers) is subject to change without notice. You may also be charged local bank transaction fees which will appear on your bank activity statement.

The price is payable in advance by credit card or debit card on or off line.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Refunds for goods and services purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) is currently the preferred method to securely transfer credit card or debit card data over the Internet. When taking your subscription details or payment information Psychics Connect use a secure server (128 bit SSL) which encrypts all the personal information you give us before it is sent, including your credit or debit card details and your name and address.

We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card or debit card information secure, but unless we have been negligent or fraudulent we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to information transmitted by you when accessing or using this site. Many credit card issuers will cover liability arising from unauthorised use of your credit card or may limit your liability to a fixed sum.

All information received by you from your use of the Psychics Connect Sites will be used by Psychics Connect in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement.

If you provide Psychics Connect with an email address that will result in any emails or SMS messages Psychics Connect may send you being sent to you via a computer network or telephone operated or owned by a third party, for example your employer or college, then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that Psychics Connect may refrain from sending messages to you without notifying you, even if you have subscribed to receive them, if we receive a request from a third party to stop sending emails or SMS messages to you.

All intellectual property rights in the design, content and arrangement of this site, its text and graphics, all software compilations or underlying source code, and all other material on this site are reserved to Bureauserv Limited trading as Psychics Connect, its affiliates or its content and/or technology providers.

Psychics Connect and the Psychics Connect Logo and all other names, images, pictures, and icons identifying Psychics Connect or its Services are registered trademarks or trade names of Bureauserv Limited. Other product and company names mentioned on this site may be trademarks of their respective owners.

For the purposes of this section, “Site Material” means any material (in whatever medium) published on this site. You may view Site Material by displaying it on a computer screen, printing copies of it on paper (but you may not photocopy such copies), or storing it in electronic form on disk for your personal non-commercial use.

This permission is non-transferrable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law this site and its contents is provided by Us on an “as is” and “as available” basis and no representations or warranties of any kind are made (and they are expressly disclaimed) with respect to this site or its contents including, without limit, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further We do not represent or warrant that:

All psychic readings and consultations are intended to offer insight and in no way constitute legal, financial or professional advice for which a professional licence is required. Advice and consultations do not constitute diagnosis or treatment of any illness be it mental, physical or spiritual. By participating in any reading with a psychic, tarot reader, medium, astrologer or other person offering insight, you understand that We do not address health questions of any kind, including inquiries about pregnancy and death.

We nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or supply of the Services shall be liable for any damages (including without limit direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages loss of business profits or information business interruption or any other financial loss), arising out of the use or inability to use the Services or from errors or deficiencies in them whether caused by negligence or otherwise except as expressly provided herein (even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages).

Nothing in this Contract shall exclude or limit the liability of Us for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of Us or for neither fraudulent misrepresentation nor affect the statutory rights of consumers.

If any exclusion in this Contract is held to be invalid and We become liable for loss or damage that may lawfully be limited then such liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

Any reliance you place upon any information, content, software or advertisements (collectively, the“materials”) contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accesed from any of the Services or the site will be at your sole risk and you will ensure that the materials meet your requirements. You recognise that the service is to be used only as a reference aid and is not intended to be a substitute for the exercise of professional judgement.

If we are prevented or delayed in or from carrying out our obligations under the contract as a result of something beyond our reasonable control such as but not limited to governmental acts, war, riots, strikes or trade disputes (including by and with our own employees), technical failure, weather, flood, fire or explosion, natural or local emergency, we will not be liable for this.

We may terminate your access to the Services by giving you notice in writing if you do not comply in a material way with any of these Terms.

You are not allowed to transfer or attempt to transfer any Contract in whole or in part. The Services are provided solely for your own use.

We reserve the right to review and revise these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Please review this page on a regular basis for changes.

If you access or use this site subsequent to any revision of the terms of use, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms, and any contracts for Services subsequently formed between us will be subject to the updated version. If you find the updated version of these Terms to be unacceptable, you must immediately cease to access or use the site, and continued use by you of this site and the Services shall be deemed to be acceptance by you of the updated Terms.
